Mermaid's Dive Center is a Thai/American/Danish owned and operated scuba diving and training business in Jomtien Beach, Thailand. Course Director Stephen Blumenthal, of Brooklyn, New York opened the Mermaid's Dive Center in 1990. Since then, Mermaid's has trained thousands of PADI Open Water Divers and Steve has personally trained over 750 PADI Dive Instructors in Thailand All of Mermaid's diving operations are conducted by these handpicked British, Thai, Japanese and American Dive Instructors under Steve's close supervision.
